After some serious consideration, and looking at all the options around the city, we have further narrowed down based on the following criteria, the apartment must have:

• Balcony
• In-suite laundry
• At least 1 parking space
• Utilities (heat, water, power, internet) included
• Square footage 850-1100
• Open floorplan
• 2 bedrooms preferred, or 1 and a den
• At least 1.5 bathrooms
• Renovated, especially kitchen
• Some form of bike storage

Girlfriend Qelsey and I are looking to move out into an apartment in a few months, and have been hard on the trail of the best place…

• Under $1400
• Covered Balcony
• Higher Up and Facing East
• On/Near the University, or Grandin LRT Station
• Renovated
• 2 Bed Room
